Mike was quick to respond to all my questions and explained things simply when I didn’t understand. He was patient and kind and nonjudgmental. Mike was very informative and professional, prompt, courteous and helpful. Going through the application process is difficult. Add to that an out of state move, remote signing, etc. and the stress level gets amped up more. Mike made it seem like just another loan. He was able to answer our questions and keep mine and my family's mind at ease, so we could focus on the rest of the move. Thanks Mike!!
