Mike and his team are an exceptional team. Everyone at Guaranteed Rate were professional, courteous, informative and friendly. To say that they made home buying easy is an understatement. I have dealt with several mortgage lenders in the past when purchasing other homes and there is no comparison. Both real estate agents and closing attorney were impressed by Guaranteed Rate and asked for their information to pass along to their other buyers. I will only use guaranteed rate for any other home purchases.

We have a friend that does mortgages and we intended to use him, but after some discussion he said that what we were doing, could not be done. We hadn't sold our current house yet, and were trying to finance a house that was at the upper limit of what we could afford. Mike and his team were fantastic! They provided great options and rates, but that is only half of the story. We engaged Mike and his team for the purchase of a new home. Working with Michael and his team at Guaranteed Rate was a great experience. I’m a first time homebuyer and was very intimidated by the mortgage process.
