Mike and his team made buying my first house such an easy process. Everyone I talked to before about buying a house made it seem like a long and very stressful process. But the team did a great job answering all my questions and being there when I needed help. The responsive was great. If you are looking for a professional team to handle your mortgage needs, you need to use Michael Murgatroy. From my first contact with Mike, he was very helpful, extremely responsive, and professional. His team specializes in each part of the process which made it very efficient. I had a tight timeline, which was not an issue for Michael and his team. I got a great mortgage rate at competitive closing costs. They know their stuff and made the whole process easy.

This was overall a great experience with a home mortgage. The online tools were very easy to use and the whole team was very responsive to any of my emails. Whenever something needed more discussion than an email, a team member would call me and walk me through it. As a company, Guaranteed Rate had the lowest rates and they made them publicly available online. Mike and his team were fantastic. They made the process very simple. All documents were electronic and they provided all required documents to the realtor and title company for me. Their automated system worked very well as I never had to travel to their office. Very helpful!
