This was overall a great experience with a home mortgage. The online tools were very easy to use and the whole team was very responsive to any of my emails. Whenever something needed more discussion than an email, a team member would call me and walk me through it. As a company, Guaranteed Rate had the lowest rates and they made them publicly available online.
