Mike and his team at Gauranteed Rate have been great. There persistence and follow up really show they are eager to help with my home financial needs. Peter has really been there consistently early moring or in evening to assist and answer any questions or concerns I had. They have gone above and beyond, through a number of different option's with me in getting my refinance right for my family and I. I would use them again if ever needed in the future

I called Mike to get preapproved for my first home. I have some credit challenges that are preventing me from buying at this time; but Mike took the time to explain to me what I need to do to get in a position to buy and has set me on a path to re-visit my preapproval in 6 months.
