We did all the prep-work a month before we made and had an offer accepted but then the clock started. We wanted to close in just 26 days to be in time for Thanksgiving. Mike and team locked our rate, got the appraisal, and all the paperwork done in record time. We closed without a hitch and can't wait to refinance with him when interest rates finally start going down. I've done 13 other purchases or refinances in my life.
