Mike is very warm and friendly and patient. He is very knowledgeable and responsive, and he checks in at every point along the way to ensure that all efforts are working in concert. This is my 3rd time working with Mike! Purchase and two refinances. Depending on how long (20 years) I stay in my home it could be the last time working with Mike and his team! BUT, if by chance I am in the market, he is my go to guy. We have dealt with all types of hurdles, and has the positive attitude that the hurdle can be overcome!
