Mike and his entire team were amazing every step of the way! I never had to question or worry about anything getting done. The whole process was smooth and stress-free and my husband were kept very informed the entire time!
I have purchased four homes, and my experience with Team Rockey was the best by a mile. They were totally on top of the action the entire time, had great attention to detail, and amazing customer service - very friendly and responsive. I highly recommended them!
It was a great experience working with Mike. He was always available, and more than willing to answer any of our questions.
We were pleased to work with Rocky Team. Very professional and friendly, highly recommend!
Team Rockey was great to work with. We started the loan process on a Sunday evening, and we were not prepared. An unexpectedly nice house came up for sale, and we needed to get our stuff together in a day. Well, Mike and his team got us all set, and in 2 days we had a solid offer in place. We just closed on the house today. Full turn around time: 15 days/11 business days; from offer to close. That is fast; it required that our loan was approved and that the offer was solid. We had a great experience with Mike and his team. All the details were patiently well-explained …. and then again, if needed. Mike’s responsiveness to queries at all hours is amazing. The same goes for the rest of the team. We unreservedly recommend him.
Mike Rockey and his team are excellent! We encourage anyone that needs help to work with them. They are highly responsive, caring, and knowledgeable. We felt very well equipped with Mike and his team behind us as we purchased our home!
We did all the prep-work a month before we made and had an offer accepted but then the clock started. We wanted to close in just 26 days to be in time for Thanksgiving. Mike and team locked our rate, got the appraisal, and all the paperwork done in record time. We closed without a hitch and can't wait to refinance with him when interest rates finally start going down. I've done 13 other purchases or refinances in my life. Mike and team were the best partners ever.
Mike and his team have been here for us the whole way! Any questions we had, any changing situation, they helped calm our nerves and make the process simple. They worked so far too to expedite the process so that we were ahead of plan. They took care of us for our first house and will continue to while we live there. Couldn’t have asked for better!
