Actually, less than one star this place has gone to hell ever since they opened up the unlimited line... It's supposed to be a benefit, but all they ever do is close it when they have too many cars... It's a benefit. I'm not sure if you all need to look this word up, but that's what it means. I have been a member of your unlimited program for eight years but after the last two days where you just shut it down because you're too busy and it becomes a non-benefit I'll be going to another car wash
Absolutely horrible!!!!! The back of my car looked as if it hadn't been touched!!!! How about having people at the exit to wipe down and make sure your satisfied! I'll never come back!
my car got a car washes and left with so many scratches all over and cloth fibers stuck in my trim. you can even see where it pulled my trim. I filed a complaint and they said it wasn't their fault. terrible customer service. i couldn't even get an email back or a phone call. avoid this locations at all cost.
The ultimate car wash went up two more dollars to $22! I may not have minded as much but EVERY time I get it washed here, I still have to do more clean up on my vehicle.
The Fields Ertel location has a polite, efficient staff. The issue remains that my car has yet to come out of their cleaning tunnel completely clean. Always have water spots and soap residue on my windows. I have used their services off and on (monthly) for 3 years, and the issue has not improved. If my HOA will allow it, I will start washing my car at home and forego Mike's.

Thought it would be a good idea to take my brand new Tesla through the wash. WRONG! Micro scratches all over my brand new $50,000 Tesla. Sick to my stomach.
First car came out of car wash filthy...Second and most important the washer RIPPED the plastic molding off rear wheel well.. RIPPED IT OFF - seriously broke off 3 of the nylon retainer clips and broke 2 of the molded retainer housing units. Brand new Car with 5000 mile on it Mikes on Field's Ertel Road.. Cincinnati NEVER AGAIN!!!
My first time using mike's and i purchased the 20 dollar wash. After going i noticed later in the evening when the sun was coming through my windshield, that car wash swirled the shit out of it. I first thought was but i scrubbed and scrubbed with no luck. Plus as others mentioned, had to wet the car to remove the spots. Very unhappy needless to say
