Pricey for an automated wash that still leaves my car streaked and not completely clean. The biggest issue I have is that half the time there is an issue on the line. My car has come off the rails at least twice. They rush people through because the line is so long and sometimes put cars too close together. I actually get anxious now when I go because I never know what's going to happen. Stopped using them for washes because of that. Plus, for $5 I can get a better exterior wash and interior cleaning down the street.
20 bucks for a car wash so bad I now have to go wash my car myself. And, for 20 they do not vacuum. I will never go back and would tell you to run! Can I give them minus stars?
Horrible car wash. $20 for the ultimate wash and it does not included any interior work and they don't towel dry your car. For the same amount I go to Mason car wash and get a full vacuum, tires shined, interior cleaned and I help out a local high school or college kid with a tip. This place is a rip off!
long time customer, recently had several issues with complete cleaning of all my cars always had to go through twice, the last time my wife said why bother the employee just gets nasty they loose that smile. when you actually make them work............not worth the up cost I have paid
After moving into town my husband and I have been looking for a good car wash place. After all the crazy snow in December and January we finally couldn't hold off on washing the thick layer of salt from our car. Had a gift card..got the best wash offered..it was abysmal. The wash left a white compound all over doors..the tire polish sprayed one 8 inch patch on each tire..I won't use Mike's ever again
