My first time using mike's and i purchased the 20 dollar wash. After going i noticed later in the evening when the sun was coming through my windshield, that car wash swirled the shit out of it. I first thought was but i scrubbed and scrubbed with no luck. Plus as others mentioned, had to wet the car to remove the spots. Very unhappy needless to say

I have come here several times and so has my husband...but I believe today's visit will be our last. As usual, I purchased the $20 ultimate wash and unfortunately was, again, disappointed with the result. When you pick the most expensive wash you don't expect to see residue left from the bubbles, water marks and dirt and grime that looks like it was never touched. I have had a basic wash for $7-10 at other car washes and seen better/comparable results so I think in the future I'd prefer to not throw $20 away. Not to mention,... read more

I'm not sure what has happened to this franchise because they used to be so friendly and helpful and now they are borderline rude. There's minimal guidance as far as lining your car up on the tracks. And then there's minimal effort to actually hose down the front of your car before you start the cleaning process. Lastly they just about caused an accident with me because they didn't guide me correctly and told me reverse. To top it off - manager and the young employee were both snarky and rude. Mike's Car Wash on Fields Ertel can see what negative posts can do for their image... so upset with them right now. I went there a few days ago to wash my car in the self service bay. When I got to the Spot Free Rinse, it wasn't working right, so I called an employee over to show him the problem. He offered that next time I come I could get free bay time or a basic wash. My mom and I came to get a car wash and she's had gotten the unlimited and they don't usually give u a receipt for that but they put a stickers with the barcode on the windows so while they were setting up the car putting the soap on it the guy that claimed was the manager later had my mom roll her window Dow with the car still wet getting the interior wet inside for a receipt as if we came to steal a car wash when all along it was one of their employee's fault for putting the some kind of order number that we did have the u... read more

Very expensive! 9 bucks for the basic and no hand dry. Vacuums are extra and you do it yourself. I'll avoid this place. Other places better wash more reasonable price.

Over priced car wash in a bad spot no space off the Street except for a few cars. Cars frequently block Fields Ertel. Have no clue why it is busy with other car wash business nearby. Cars do not get dried.

Took my brand new truck through their car wash, resulted in scratches all down both sides of the truck. Mikes refused to take owner ship and wanted me to have a manager inspect the truck. I went down to have him inspect it and he wanted to run it through the wash again so he could look at it clean and dry. I did and now I have a damaged headlamp with a deep scratch and more of them saying it's not the car washes fault. I will never again take my vehicle to their wash.

So paid $16 for a bad wash. For that price I expect a hand dry not a 45 second wash. Upsold me to clean my rims. Just a terrible wash seems like a business opportunity as they were busy yet terrible.
