I was having an absolutely horrible morning and the car wash was my last step before meeting my personal trainer. I was literally almost in tears when I was greeted by Rob. This employee showed such kindness that it has turned my whole day around. It is people like Rob with compassion and kindness in their hearts that make this world a better place to live in. You should be very proud of him Mike's carwash , This guy Needs to be in management!
Drove to Charlotte and back, car was covered with bugs. $9 wash and it was spotless. The people at the front with the power washers didn't stop till everything was gone. Every time I go they do a great job.
My only bad thing to say about Mike's carwash is that there is not one closer to my home location. The staff is always friendly. Their car wash has some benefits to keeping your car clean I do like how they have an area for you can wash your own and I did not notice that they had air hoses or not to blow your car off when you're done I have been to some that have the air hose in the self wash area. My first review of the Mikes car wash on Cincinnati-Dayton Rd. It is the best automatic car wash around. Though not inexpensive, my car has been cleaner at a trip to Mike's than any I've had before. I tend to get the ultimate because it has all the services I prefer. The wheel bright is a must with any wash! Your wheels will never be brighter! A look for their sales! You can get free washes with booklet purchases!
Yesterday I went in for a carwash and my car looks fabulous! But, a piece of my side trim was blown off during the process (my car is a '97 so this probably won't happen with newer vehicles) Anyway I called them and they couldn't find it so they were going to put it on their insurance claim to pay for it! I have a 6 month subscription to this car wash and I find it's well worth the money and they do a very good job with my car. It always looks fresh and it's a black car so every little speck shows. There hours are very accommodating as well.
I went for the monthly unlimited ticket. With winter right around the corner and road grim, salts and chemicals about to be used, I figured this was the best deal. I have been very satisfied with their services, especially after I cost average out what each wash cost me. They seem to do a pretty good job on the wash, maybe just a small area on the back of my car around the tag that always seems to get missed. My boyfriend is... particular... about his car. Mike's is one of the few places he'll let his car be washed, so that ought to say something. This particular location is convenient for us when we're visiting West Chester-- it's right near the Walmart there, which means a very convenient distance from the highway.
