Used Mike's Car Wash in Florence for the first time for a SUV I just purchased. Damaged the rear window louvre. Based on my reviews of previous damage complaints it appears that they don't take responsibility for their damage. I wonder if they had equipment problems today? My louvre is gouged.

I normally use Mike's carwash at least once a week and sometimes more often than that. I saw on their sign they had a monthly pass for $59 which I thought would be perfect for me. So I pulled up to pay for my wash and inquired about the monthly pass for $59. So I told the gentleman that I would like the monthly unlimited car wash for $59. At that point I was informed that they really don't have a $59 unlimited monthly wash but you have to set up recurring charges on your credit card in order to get the pricing of $59. I went through for a quick wash to get bird poop off my car and ended up with damage. Scratched my car and when I brought it to their attention they told me no way their car wash caused it....newer car with not a mark on it anywhere. They did nothing except to send me two free car wash tickets--what a joke, sure I will take my car back to a place that scratched my car just for a free car wash (sarcasm.) I have a scratch all the way down to the metal. Terrible customer service.
$16 for a car wash so bad that I have to get it done again. Ridiculous. I'm glad I didn't pay for the upgraded wash.
Butler County/West Chester residents BEWARE!! I have been a regular customer of Mike's Car Wash for years generally in the self serve bays because they allowed the most time for the money. On 4/17/16 my car was damaged by the prep gun in Mike's Car Wash off Cin Day in their self-serve bay. When I pulled in there was time left on the meter from the previous user who also left the gun laying on the ground. To anyone who drivers a pickup with running boards. This place refuges to wash the passenger side running boards ,,unless you ask. I have complained to Adam the G.M. He did credit me 3 washes to make things right but I never picked them up as I told him I'm not after free washes just do it right the first time. I had my truck washed today and again they did not wash the passenger side running board. The gentleman running the wash said It was MY RESPONSIBLEITY to tell them I wanted it washed. Wanted a simple car wash. Arrived home and saw that the car looked worse than when I went to the car wash. So glad I didn't buy a package deal. Streaks, water spots, and a cover left on my back wiper. Poor job all the way around.
I'm a huge fan of Sharonville carwash, but i just wanted a quick exterior wash with a vacuum and not the usual detail i get. So since i was going to Sam's i decided to swing on by Mike's car wash. Man was I on for a shocker. I am used to these type of self drive thru car wash's having free vacuum services. Negative, its $1 to vacuum your car. The plus car wash was $18, wow what a shocker!
