I went for the monthly unlimited ticket. With winter right around the corner and road grim, salts and chemicals about to be used, I figured this was the best deal. I have been very satisfied with their services, especially after I cost average out what each wash cost me. They seem to do a pretty good job on the wash, maybe just a small area on the back of my car around the tag that always seems to get missed. As for the blowers and getting the water off the car, I would say about 95% of the water is removed from the car.... read more

My boyfriend is... particular... about his car. Mike's is one of the few places he'll let his car be washed, so that ought to say something. This particular location is convenient for us when we're visiting West Chester-- it's right near the Walmart there, which means a very convenient distance from the highway.

While waiting in line after paying with an Ultimate Ceramic Wash ticket; the belt in the car wash broke and understandably they shutdown for repairs. However I was not given a refund or at least my ticket back - instead I was given three $4 off my next wash coupons for a total of $12 in coupons. I have to purchase a wash to get the $4 off. The cost of the ticket , taking in account the discounted cost of ceramic wash tickets, was around $20 so not sure how this eqautes? Went to Mikes today to use their vacuum to clean the inside of my car. I was highly disappointed with the mediocre suction coming from the vacuum. I asked the guy next to me that had tripped out awesome truck if he thought the suction was weak. He said some days it's ok, Butola today it wasn't. Combined with my previous review I get the clear impression that the maintenance and upkeep on the equipment is poorly done and not considered a top priority with the owner. I stopped for a car wash here and paid $16 for the second-best option. I took my car through, got it cleaned, and went on to my original destination 10 min away, but when I got there and looked at my car it was still dirty and covered in spots. I drove back, showed the attendant, and she offered to let me run it through again. She told me she would let the attendant spraying down the cars to give mine a little extra, but never did. Didn't get my car clean and then had to pay extra to use the vacuums. Even the vacuum hoses are small and won't go to the other side of my vehicle. So it was obnoxious, didn't clean well and paid just as much for a wash I can get 2 for 1 and closer to home...that actually comes out clean and has vacuums that work and pivot to get inside all doors.

My reason for the low review, I own a large SUV Acadia.. anyway I also had two others in different vehicles use Mikes Carwash and request the same two options.. listened after to see what they also had to say. Mine of course washed front and center of the car, however lacked in cleaning the back.. it also did the same but even worse on a Tahoe. This was missed so bad washed back and back top still wet but dirty.. very dirty. Ok than went through with a Malibu cleaned very well. Got the back just as clean as the front. Howe... read more

The car wash part is sufficient, however the drying side is far below average. It is about a 10 second dryer when it should actually be about 30 seconds. The dryer side needs reprogrammed to allow the vehicle enough time to dry thoroughly. I feel like I just wasted $9.00.

Alex the general manager is a real pain in the ass. Avoid this dump at all costs. If you do decide to use this location enjoy your scratched rims and dirty car I've provided an example.
