Well… I’m not really impressed with the quality of the prep done before entering the wash. And the wash job done on my Jeep JL is actually disappointing. Most of that could be avoided with the proper prep work - on EACH SIDE AND THE BACK of the vehicle, not just the driver’s side! I left dirty and disappointed. Mike’s is too expensive to get a wash that is incomplete and lacking. They re-washed my Jeep, but once again they didn’t prep it properly before the re-wash! We love Mike's, and we get there several times per year. November is a guaranteed visit as long as it is not raining, as Mike's gives Vets a Free Car Wash that day. When you see my reviews, I frequent the places that take care of the Vets on Veterans Day, and we Appreciate all the Vet friendly businesses, and Mike's for thinking of us and allowing us to drive a Clean Auto Great Service! Mike’s is one of the fewer places that have brushes in the car wash. That can and cannot be a good thing, but in our case we wanted the brushes. After the winter was over, to get the salt off, we took our Ram truck that has 33’s on it. The clerk measured us (height) to make sure we’d be okay. Much appreciated. He also pushed our mirrors in. Easy and quick process, and the attendant were all very helpful/thorough with the payment and pre rinse. My only gripe is the quality of wash for the price. $11 is the cheapest you can do and it didn't even get the top of my car halfway clean. The sides and windows I was fine with, I honestly just wanted the last snow storm nasty off of it. But the roof was basically half done and still even had streaks on it like the washing strips just glide across it with no actual pressure. $11 for a 60 second dirt smear job isn't good e... read more
I paid 30$ for a car wash and the front of my car still came out dirty… the part a worker sprays first before you even enter the car wash. I wouldn’t come back for a 5$ wash and that’s not even considering the rude workers. And their vacuums cost money when cheaper places have free ones. I will with 100% certainty never return or recommend
