I ask them to go over my wheels before washing it. They said they couldn't. When my truck got out of the wash the rims were untouched; these are standard factory rims, not necessarily deeper than any regular rim. I have been here twice and both times I end up having to wash them when I get home. I won't be coming back because they will not address the concern I have expressed to them now twice.
BEWARE.. Swirled and scratched my new cars paint heavily. The scratches were all directional and in a very clear pattern. After filing a claim I received a generalized letter denying they were responsible with two wash vouchers. What a joke... Stay away!
Mikes car wash chipped my friend's windshield. They are directly and exclusively responsible for the damage, yet they refuse to compensate him, even in part, for the damages. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
First time using this establishment was today. I did the ultimate wash which was $19. The car came out with a lot of water spots, the tire shine didn't cover all tires, the back hatch had dirty water streaks all over it, and the front end was still plastered with bugs. I expected a better wash for $19. I wouldn't recommend the ultimate wash. I should have checked it before I left, but didn't until I got home.
