If there was an option to not give them a star, I would select that option. Every time I take my car there I have to take it more than once. There are two specific employees who do not follow instructions at all. They have we spray the car. Literally halfway one side of my car always get spray and the other one still have all the dirt on it that I want it off of it. Like any other Carwash but more cost and no free vacuums and no military discount. Plenty of great car washed have a military discount I don't recommend to use again.

Car washes are a complete rip off anymore. I paid $20 for the ultimate wash. They spray off the front but don't bother to hit anything else before they send you through. The track goes so fast that there's barely time for the spinning brushes to touch every surface of your car, let alone enough to rub any dirt off. Same for the rinse, there was a ton of soap residue left. Absolutely didn't remove anything beyond loose surface dust/dirt. Completely waste of money and time.

Took my car there after owning it for 2 weeks. Guy tells me it is microfiber and soft. My tire came off of the roller in the carwash. My car is scratched and paint chipped. I called Mike's and talked to the owner Nick. He told me to bring my car in and he would be there until 9 pm. I showed up 2 hours later. They told me he wasn't there and wouldn't be back for 2 more days. Talked to another manager. She took pictures. I received a letter that they are not paying for my damages. I go to the cars wash on colerain ave. Lately Ive been having a polka dot windshield from what I guess is leftover soap or something. It's always been a little it's getting worse.the past couple times I've had to clean my windshield after going thru. I pay monthly and feel like I shouldnt have to clean my windshield.

Worst customer service experience I may have ever had. Young employee was condescending and rude when I tried to have my issue addressed. No concern from management to even return a phone call. Stay away!

I ask them to go over my wheels before washing it. They said they couldn't. When my truck got out of the wash the rims were untouched; these are standard factory rims, not necessarily deeper than any regular rim. I have been here twice and both times I end up having to wash them when I get home. I won't be coming back because they will not address the concern I have expressed to them now twice.

BEWARE.. Swirled and scratched my new cars paint heavily. The scratches were all directional and in a very clear pattern. After filing a claim I received a generalized letter denying they were responsible with two wash vouchers. What a joke... Stay away!
