Service dept. As usual I called at the last second to get in to get my oil changed and Ed got me right in! I am a previous 26 year Miles employee.

Mr. Woods Miles is an excellent car dealer ! Service has always been friendly and fast. We just bought a new car from Miles and we were treated fairly and service was great. Salesman were knowledgeable and friendly and treated us like family. We have bought a few cars from Miles and never had a problem with staff. My cars are also serviced by Miles and they do an excellent job in taking care of my vehicle!

Bought a new Equnox I have dealt with Miles over the years and I have always had good service.
2016 Silverado Purchase Process went smooth, no issues. The salesman was easy to deal with and knowledgeable of the truck. Sales manager provided a fair trade for the vehicles I traded in. Finance Dept was easy and quick. Minor suggestion would be to modernize the financing process (more electronic, less paper)
