Dr. Chin is amazing. I followed her from her Bellevue location to her new practice in Mill Creek. The staff is wonderful and caring. I even got my husband to go and he is afraid of the dentist. He has been back several times with no complaints. I highly recommend Dr. Nikki Chin.
I am so pleased with my visit the other day. The office staff is very nice and professional (and efficient). The dental hygienist, Julia, was awesome. Very knowledgable and thorough. I trust them to take care of my teeth and provide excellent preventative care. Lastly, I really liked Dr. Chin! She was great, so very nice and calming and I could tell she had my best interest at heart. She recommended what needed to be done and gave me options. I had a relatively painless experience getting 4 cavities filled. Dr. Chin and her assistant were kind, thoughtful, and considerate of my low pain tolerance and catered to my needs. I really loved that they informed me of the whole process and kept me involved...I never was out of the loop with what they were doing with my mouth. I appreciate their transparency, inclusion, and care.
