Julia does a great job cleaning my teeth and helping me stay on track. She is very gentle and explains everything she is doing so nothing takes me by surprise. The whole staff is very helpful and friendly.

I was dreading my appointment after having a terrible experience with a different dentist a few months ago, but to my surprise, I was in and out very quickly and felt great afterwards. I will never go anywhere else!
I have been going here for several years based on raves from my son. I have never been disappointed nor have I missed an appointment except one time when we had snow and my neighborhood was impassable.
When your family dentist retires or sells a practice and a family 'inherits' a new dentist, it is natural to be cautious and wonder if your dental care will remain consistent. Can we trust a dentist (Dr Chin) we did not choose? Will we like a dentist (Dr Chin) that is new to us? Routine cleaning - very thorough plaque removal with picks. Polish and flouride application seemed rushed/incomplete, but I'm not an expert on such things. If this is normal, suggest informing patients "This is very quick - you won't feel a touch on every tooth." Comment provided only for training purposes - no mitigation expected.
My second filling ever and the dentist told me what they were doing before proceeding and were patient and positive with her words. Im not a fan of being uncomfortable but the office made it just fine for me! Thanks.
