Very friendly, knowledgeable staff!
Dr Chin and her staff were excellent. The receptionist called me by name even though we hadn't met yet. The exam was detailed and professional, and my cleaning was faster than expected. Great job to all! I would recommend this office to everyone who wants a great dental experience.

It was a pleasant atmosphere. You were ready on time so I did not experience a long wait in the waiting room. The staff was all pleasant and personally made me comfortable by calling me by name. You were efficient so my stay was short but a good experience you don't usually experience at a dentist office. Keep up the good work.
Beautful clinic and wonderful staff. I was greeted with a smile when I arrived and only waited a few minutes before taken back. The hygenist was very gental and really listened to any concerns and problem areas I had. The hygenist often asked how I was doing or how the water temp or pressure was throughout the visit. Dr. Chin was friendly and obviously was very knowlegable about my dental care and needs. I will definitly be coming back to Mill Creek Dental :)
