0 stars my wife went there please check map reviews this is her response I wouldn’t even give this place a one star whenever I was 16 years old I went here and they drugged me so bad I couldn’t even dress myself. They threatened to hurt us if we get out of bed I was so scared. My stay at Millcreek of Arkansas from May 2015 to November 2016 was a harrowing experience that left lasting scars.
