I'm here to spread awareness on these kinds of facilities. Simply put: do not send your child to this place! I was a victim of this facility and experienced multiple instances of abuse and violence including kids that had to go to the emergency room, staff physically abusing kids, kids expressing suicidal ideations caused by the abuse and isolation, overdoses, and many more gross abuses of power. The program sucks. The staff beat and abuse kids there. This program is not set to fix your kids problems at all. Everyone of em there don’t give a damn about your kids. So fuck that place and I hope it burns to the ground and I hope y’all never send y’all’s kids there. I was a victim of abuse and dishonest treatment for 6 months there. So let me fill y’all in. I was never listened to in the 7 months I have been here the staff were rude and I had a sezuire in the middle of meds and the nurse said I was faking ! If you have sezuires do not come here then again I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
Do not send your child to millcreek of fordyce ar they have my roommate out the running 100.7 degree temp she can barely breath and they just gave her a mask they don’t give a fuck about them kids or the employee’s
Was there a little less than half a year. My "therapist" was rude and condescending. Your rights are stripped away. Was involved in many fights (granted some I provoked). Came put with 3 dislocated toes, 2 dislocated fingers and a condition where my nose will forever bleed if bumped just a little too hard (only way to fix it is with a surgery.) It’s honestly not a very great place to be it’s so toxic but I miss everyone!!
well where should i start. there a joke. and are going to be investigated by the passe program for insurance fraud. my daughter got billed for services she never received. and when they changed her meds, i never got anything in the mail to sign like they said they did. already talked to passe and there looking into it next week.
