Was there a little less than half a year. My "therapist" was rude and condescending. Your rights are stripped away. Was involved in many fights (granted some I provoked). Came put with 3 dislocated toes, 2 dislocated fingers and a condition where my nose will forever bleed if bumped just a little too hard (only way to fix it is with a surgery.) well where should i start. there a joke. and are going to be investigated by the passe program for insurance fraud. my daughter got billed for services she never received. and when they changed her meds, i never got anything in the mail to sign like they said they did. already talked to passe and there looking into it next week.

I put my review on the other millcreek Facebook page. it is the absolute worse and so abusive, staff is horrible I had to bring my son home and I have recording and pictures of the bruises he had all over his body and the things he had to say, names ect of everybody and everything that was happening there, these places are a joke and these people need to be in jail its absolutly sickening. it will be shut down and criminal charges will be brought on these people just wait.
This place really should be shut down. My sons finger was amputated because staff where not supervising the children. The staff are rude and unprofessional. The ceo doesn't have a clue as to how to run a business. He's just as rude and unprofessional. They need to clean house or shut down completely.
My son was down there for six months. They hardly called to let me know how things were. I tried calling never got answers . When they discharged my son was not professional and at. My son told me he hasn’t brushed his teeth in a long time bc they didn’t buy him a new tooth brush like they were suppose to. I thought I was making a good decision for my son and it wasn’t .
