Leased a 4th floor 2 BR apartment for a year (2019 - 2020), when I relocated to Orlando. The apartment was large and modern. Very comfortable. They have a good location by the Millenia Mall and i4. Service requests were completed in a fast, friendly manner. Vivian and Stephanie at the office offered good customer service. Good option if relocating to Orlando and you want to get familiar with the area before you buy a property.
Not impressed. Trash room is always full and disgusting. Management is slow and not helpful most of the time. Neighbors are loud and rude. Guest Access/Parking is annoying. 3/5 would not recommend.
I've lived here at Millenia 700 for a little over 3 years, and for the most part, it had been a pretty solid experience. Amenities are nice (pool, gym, etc). Walls are a little thin, but I feel like that's standard with most modern places unfortunately. Office staff is pretty helpful. Maintenance is pretty solid for the most part, just pray that your A/C unit doesn't go out, because it is a bit of a turnaround on getting the parts (2 weeks), but overall, I've enjoyed my time here.
This is the best place I've ever lived. The managers Stephanie, Toni, and Vivian are all the kindest people. They are always so helpful and treat you like family. I love that they always put on fun events, Christmas parties, Halloween party, monthly wine events. They always find ways to show they appreciate their residents. My experience here has been positive. Location is ideal, except the mall traffic an it gets worse with tourists who have no idea where they are going. Maintenance-let me just say absolutely outstanding!!! The maintenance gentleman who has completed ALL of my work orders for the past 2 years is great. He's friendly, pets my dog, listens to my concerns and is very timely. Most of all when I see him in the hallway he always addresses me by my name with a smile. I have been living here for over 2 years and when I re signed the lease I didn't realize they raised the trash from 30 to now I am paying 67 a month just for trash. Insane. Never in my 10 years of renting from places have I ever been charged that much for trash.
Hi. WARNING... ALL THAT GLITTER'S IS NOT GOLD.......I recently moved into Millenia 700. WORSE place ever. The staff lied about so much when I moved here. Families with small kids this isn't the place for you. Think before you come here. Because there is nowhere but your apartment for them to play,which is unfair to the ones below you who work from home, work early shifts, or have older kids. filled with roaches and doesnt take your comfortability serious. I was met with roaches the first day of moving in along with an extremely loud neighbor. I've been here less than a month. They sprayed my apartment to get rid of them twice and nothing has changed. I've complained & nothing was done. I've been trying to dissolve my lease since.
I had a really disappointing experience at Millenia 700. The place is constantly filled with trash and dog poop, which is unsanitary and unpleasant. The "pond" in the back is filthy. The hallways are dirty with food, trash, and pet wastes. I'm embarrassed to bring friends and family over. I've notified management of the guest parking situation, there are limited parking spaces available and that is shared with another apartment complex M2.
