I'm done. I am absolutely sick to death of this place. The ONLY pro is the ladies in the office are very nice but they're hands are simply tied by the company that owns the apartments. Also maintenance is very nice. Now... I live on the second story. The noise coming from the floor above me is absolutely unreal. This is by far the worst place I've ever lived here. When you first move in they act all nice but after you sign they are by far the worst. I never leave reviews, I'm always the one that goes and read them but I had to leave this review. Once you move in, they do not care about you or your living needs. They try to give you fees for just about anything and let's not talk about your car being towed. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

Don't waste your hard earned money on an apartment complex that isn't kept up. Nothing will ever work, common areas are always dirty, and the gates never worked for over a year. Very expensive for nothing in return and literally crumbling walls outside in your hallway. Renters beware for what you are signing up for, nothing luxurious about this place though they charge top dollar.

Just like many reviews the property manager does nothing more than lie. Not a women of her word at all. The property is poorly maintain. Should you need anything fix don't hold your breath it will be done properly. Trash all over the complex, common areas are not the best. The speeding in the garage is so bad, one has to pray they do not get hit. The quality of residents has turn from excellent to section 8 caliber. Have been living here for over 3 years now. Ownership of property has changed twice as well as management. The property itself is very nice and very convenient to I-4. Unfortunately it is like living inside the SPCA. There is no piece and quiet inside your apartment. No what what time of day it may be, morning or evening dogs are barking. Management will not correct this saying they paid to have a dog $400. So for $400 your animal can disturb other paying tenants and management allows this! Milennia 700 seems like a dream at first glance and it definitely is it some aspects. The apartments are beautiful and in a great location. However, don't be fooled by all the glitz. There are some huge downfalls to this complex as well. Cons- Through no fault of the management the entire complex smells like urine. I've lived here for 6 months and nearly always catch a whiff of urine...everywhere. Don't even think about the surrounding areas outside. You can hardly breathe at times in and around our stairwell. well,. I thought I would love this place so far its been disappointing. The apartment we got was not cleaned before we moved in. My family's allergies are driving me nuts, which i believe is in part from the carpet. I vacuum at least 3 times a week and even tho we are not home most of the day.. i still pick up hoards of dust! We just moved in 2 weeks ago and that worries me. I am already not happy with the noise level.
