The common areas are periodically quite dirty, including the gym, trash is sometimes overflowing, and debris in the parking lot. Additionally, there is at times, rodent issues. On-site management exhibits rude and unhelpful behavior. There have been issues with mail reception, once stemming from mail lockers being out of order for a couple of weeks, which was a nightmare; also, mail not placed in lockers is strewn across the floor, accessible to anyone. Millenia 700 The team on the ground here at the property are very professional and attentive. My application and move-in process were smooth. Ashley, Vivian, and Trish interacted with us about most things. The location is excellent as it is across the street from Millenia Mall. The apartments are well maintained and spacious. However, there is a strip of bamboo landscaping that has been damaged by Hurricanes Ian and Nicole (September and November 2022). Please see photos attached. I've lived until recently. leaving is one of the best moves I've ever made. The previous management is why I moved in. I was always treated with respect, and any issue I had, was resolved promptly and well. I recently had to move out, the new manager was very rude to me. I sent emails, made calls, and even went to the leasing office to express my concerns, and all I got from the new manager was "If you don't like it, you can move out". So I did. I've lived in apartments my entire adult life. This was the single worst living experience I've ever had. Here's just a few of the negatives: The walls are paper thin, as are the ceilings. Our neighbors were constantly stomping around and moving furniture... even at late hours of the night and early morning (Worst neighbors we've ever had). The apartment itself had ants. Amazing location... But it STOPS here... that's all you're going to get from this place The management here is one of the worst management places I've ever encountered in in 26 years ... i've moved over 18 times due to my travel job and I've never faced a place like this before - 24 hour notice is regarding painting your doors or hallways - less than 24 hour notices regarding patio remodeling - broken elevator for over four months - they ask you to take care of power outages , When they pay the electric - very condescend... read more

Really pretty place and great location. Management definitely needs some work, employees were rude every time we interacted with them. Weird people came in and out and on 1 occasion my wife was approached by a strange man pretending to be the new security guard and demanded for her room number and then secretly followed her back. If I were the owner I'd throw out everyone except for the maintenance men.

Living here for about 7 months now and the place is slowing declining in up keep. I've complained numerous times about the above tenant throwing garbage off their balcony with zero results. After taking to the main office twice about this, they advised they would talk to the tenant. The garbage stopped for about a month but started again recently. Stephanie is awesome, but you can tell she doesn't have ultimate control over how things are - she didn't say anything about it, but she's a really good manager, I don't believe for a second she'd approve a lot of things about this place. Vivian doesn't do anything she says she's gonna do. Maintenance tries to blame you for most issues, no matter how small or typical. The floors and walls are paper thin. If you don't wanna hear every sound, including from your own roommate, forget about it. Nice ventilation holes above... read more

After living here for 3 years, I wouldn't really recommend this place to anyone. The leasing office management is shady at best. They'll often promise you that they will make enhancements or fix issues just to get you to sign. When I toured the unit I was transferring into, the apartment manager assured me they would replace the damaged counter tops and paint the crown molding before I moved it, but that I should go ahead and sign to secure the unit.
