Of course buying a car generally comes with excellent customer services, however, the real customer service starts AFTER the purchase. The service department is literally the worst. And forget about having your car serviced here. If you want to make an appointment and still have to wait on a routine service for OVER TWO HOURS... then you’ll probably enjoy your experience here. As usual this has been the most piss poor service experience imaginable. 3 hours I believe that’s a personal best for you guys. Honestly I’m not sure how y’all are this slow. Estimated 1.5 hours which is still stupid for a simple service. I watched my car sit completed for 30 minutes just to find out the air filters didn’t even get done.

I purchased a Truck 3 weeks ago. At the time I purchased it the guy forgot to take my down payment and forgot to take my check stubs and within the next two days he was calling me multiple times a day trying to get that stuff. I had no problem giving it to him once I got off work. That was the first issue. But it all went down hill from there. I had my truck 6 days before it started making a weird noise and I had to take it to the shop. They have had my truck ever since. 2 weeks has past and no one will call me back to tell ... read more

Service personnel is rude and nonchalant. My husband took my Jeep to have the brakes done and he had a Mopar coupon. The lady in the service department told us they don’t have to honor the coupon and her attitude was very nonchalant. Husband called and spoke with manager that stated that she gave wrong information but was not very apologetic about us having to miss the appointment. We decided to go to Thomson to have our vehicle serviced where they not only honor the coupons but they are very nice and professional.

Dont go here to service your vehicle unless you have all day ...even with a set appointment I have on multiple occasions waited 3 to 4 hours for a simple oil change ...go across the river instead or go to jiffy lube ..they have waisted my time for the last time!!

David McGahee is the person to see when you need a new Toyota! He just sold me my second Highlander! David knows everything there is to know & goes over every detail with you. When you leave Milton Ruben everything is set up so you don't have to do a thing. I went in to have my car serviced & came home with a new Highlander! Couldn't resist the deal. David is the best! I bought a car 2 years ago from there!!! Drove it off the lot with less then 5000 miles on the vehicle!!! Came with 2 keyless entries NEITHER one worked and they refused to replace even just one!!! Two weeks after driving it off the lot had to return due to car issues nothing found ... a month later nothing found ... left me stranded with kids because the battery in the car died told me that was the issue the whole time ... 4 months later back in there nothing found ... 6 months later warranty up and guess what mysteriously ... read more
