Was told a price on a new key fab, it was a lot more when they finally gave me the bill . Asked about it , to the manger she said the service writer told me the wrong price. If he didn’t know don’t you think he should get on the phone with parts , and get the correct price ? The manger did make the key fob the price after I had to argue with her. It’s just the principal about the whole thing. 🤬

Very poor service. Still waiting for a shuttle after an hour and half. I was told I would get a ride back home when I took a service appointment. But when I arrived, there was no one and I am still waiting. I was supposed to get back to my office and work. But here wasting my time while waiting for my car to get done. Service personnel with rude and unfriendly behavior just makes your day worse.

Takes an hour to schedule a service appointment, no one answers phone. So now I'm here and it's been 3 hours and still waiting. I just had to go and find my service advisor and get update. This has already cost me a 1/2 day of work and looks like I'm going to have to come back again for actual repair.

Extremely disappointing service experience . I dont completely blame dealer, toyota does not care about their customers. We own 3 Toyota's that will be traded for Honda who always stood by us

The past two weeks have been a nightmare. My friends 2014 Jeep Wrangler 33k Miles on it which definitely should be covered under powertrain (even the service manager Blake Taylor said so) was falsified. My friend was told that her Jeep was “submerged in water” when we were on the highway or in my driveway with 5 witnesses. We were then told they were going to send pictures to the warranty for Chrysler to look at. She was told the pictures were sent and she would receive them as well. I’ve been there 3 times for one rubber piece covered by warranty, horrible customer service. Four cars later and this, I will not be purchasing another one from here.

My wife and I dropped off our 4Runner for a airbag recall with Chuck Neagus. When we picked the vehicle up after the recall the dash was installed improperly and the windshield was cracked in center of the glass. As a service technician myself I understand that things happen. We left the vehicle and went back to work after being told it would be handled and we would get a rental after work.
