Molding came off my car I have extended warranty it does not cover molding I have a 2014 camry molding should stay on longer than this very unhappy

The service department needs a lot of improvement. I made an appointment for 1:45 and I was there at 1:45 . At 3:06 I finally got my car back. It took an hour and 21 minutes to change oil and rotate tires. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!

Their service department is AWFUL. A 2 day job, turned into a 10 day job. By far the worst experience ever.

This was a great experience for my husband and I. We had no trouble at all. Mr. Russ Marshall and Mr. William Belo were very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us make the decision on our vehicle. Thank you so much and we will be back! Highly recommended!

I have been there two times for service my vehicles and in both occasion I had the same issue: between two and three hours waiting. The first time, a service rep explained to me the issue with the amount of walk in vehicles they received. I stated an appointment will bump all other walk in vehicles. I paid for the service and left. The second time was more annoying. I arrived 35 minutes before my appointment (1:45pm) and a service rep finally showed up about 2pm to get the keys and vehicle information. I went to the waiting... read more

If I could give no stars for service I would. The staff while friendly and courteous, have neglected on two occasions to tell us how long we would have to wait. 3 hours for a key, 4 hours for a rubber piece because "the glue wasn't drying". Now I am here after having the first service on my FJ and they didn't put one of my hub caps on right and it fell off in the middle of a busy road. In addition, they "washed and detailed" my vehicle. They completely neglected to even vacuum the cargo area and my 10yo could have washed it ... read more
