Up dating my review. I had my 2013 Clubman there for service and prep for MTTS. I received great service and the fasted turn around I have had in several years. 5-Stars I then shook Stan Ricker's hand for the last time, at this dealership, as he told me he was just fired. I am not sure what to think now. 3- Stars
