As much I as don’t like writing negative reviews, I feel that this is review is a matter of ethics. This was the first time I was really disappointed in the level of service. I’ve always brought my Mini to the Loveland dealership instead of Ralph Schomp. However, after taking my Mini in for a diagnosis I’m left feeling really disappointed. The diagnosis had doubled from $75 to $150, okay not the end of the world. I needed to have the oil solenoid repaired-$420 (not including taxes). The front brakes needed new pads, sensors ... read more

Took my ‘11 MCS for it’s 3 month oil change. While it’s small it was still a pleasant experience and the dealership did not try to sell me on unneeded services. Will bring my Mini back and not just because it’s the closest dealer to Cheyenne

I would not bring my car back to this dealership or recommend anyone to bring their car to this dealership. I am very disappointed in the work that was done to my vehicle to say the least. I brought my car in for a water pump replacement and they told me “it was replaced and passed a pressure test” upon returning the vehicle to me. I drove home no more than 50miles and the next day I looked at my car sitting in the driveway and it was leaking from the same spot it was before I brought it in to have it “repaired”. My vehicle ... read more

I have never had such a bad experience so disappointed. I took my car in and they kept it over a month never gave me any option but to fix it but they couldn’t even fix it. Finally went it and tried to get options because I was without a vehicle. Sales helped until service the day of me signing the rest of my paperwork, decided to spring a huge bill but also the amount changed everytime they said it. I tried to work it out because the sales rep Jordan took a deposit for the new mini and I signed some of the papers. Jordan wa... read more

I see mini spending a bunch of money for frivilous things, that add up to a higher price for me. Instead of the usual markup of 10-20% for parts, these guys mark it up 100%. I had my oil changed, and while I waited, the kid in service, and a young mechanic were using my name, and laughing. I told them I could hear them talking about me, and they ceased. When I checked out, the mechanic walked over and watched his friend and I. He had a smirk on his face. A few weeks later, I checked my oil, and it was as dark as before the o... read more

I'm incredibly disappointed with Mini as a whole and this service center. Mini/BMW just settled a class action lawsuit regarding a defective timing chain in 2007 mini coopers. My timing chain is causing my car problems right now. The car (a 2007 mini) is inoperable currently. When I called to explain the issue I was told that since it was not a recall, you all are not doing anything for mini owners who were sold faulty cars (my family purchased this car brand new from the mini dealer in Highlands Ranch). This was incredible ... read more

We used to feel like one of the family and now that the staff has all changed we have become nothing important (unless we are looking to purchase another Mini). Very disappointed in all the changes with sales. Hopefully service stays good.
