I think MOL IS AWESOME! ! ! Since they got the new GM.
Almost 3 weeks ago I called to see about scheduling service and was directed to a voicemail box for one of the service advisors. At this point I still have not heard back and have taken my MINI elsewhere for service. Very disappointed as I had been referred by a friend. Even more disappointed as I had also been warned of the issue MOL has with getting back to people and I still took time to give them a shot.
