RecommendedWas down for unofficoal MOTD and got a flat tire. Mini roadside assistance towed car from smokies to Mini on a Thursday. Shawnee provided great service and communication. Had my car back on Saturday and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip. Love my JCW.
I live 3.5 hours away and saw a Tahoe they had listed for sale. I inquired and was contacted by Andy. He was very patient and worked hard to get me a good deal and was excellent to deal with. He even was kind enough to come back after he had left, (1.5 hours after they closed) to let me retrieve something out of the vehicle I traded in. He then texted me the next day to make sure I made it home safely. Highly recommend him as your salesman!

I'm not sure what all the other fuss was with others in their reviews, but I was absolutely impressed by this dealership (something that doesn't come easily for me). I largely bought remotely with only final pickup and signatures done at the dealership, and had every crazy little question answered promptly to make me comfortable with the purchase! I would highly recommend working with them, and a huge shoutout to John and Andy for taking care of my deal! I'll be taking a peak at their inventory first on my next go 'round.
