Lucky to have worked with Tanya Freeman. Easy process,extremely professional and we received a fair deal. My only complaint is the finance manager, Eric. You can tell he hates his job as his body language after a question was of boredom or annoyance. Not sure what his deal was but I would certainly recommend Tanya to friends and family. Tanya was very patient and knowledgeable about the car. When we weren't clear about the color she took us to the inventory lot and gave us time to decide.
The dealership and staff as a whole made me feel very invited and comfortable. At no point was a stressed out pressured. Tanya was great! She knew the ins and outs of my cooper and always had my best interests at the forefront. She was clutch when it came to making a deal with the leadership. If you want a mini, go to prestige and see Tanya, you will not be disappointed and if you are they all will go the extra mile to make it right.
