These guys have it down to a science. Just fantastic service. Communication in the way that you want (email, phone, SMS). Regular updates on status. Detailed explanation of any issues. Just a fantastic experience every time.

Nick was a very accommodating service advisor. Technicians all know what they're doing. Our Mini Cooper S gets the best attention at this dealership.
The guys at Mini were great communicators. I was given a number to call with any questions that went directly to my tech. He texted me every step of the way and let me know when the car was done. When I arrived the drop off of the loaner car was easy and my car was ready and waiting for an easy exit.
Having now bought my fifth Mini Cooper, I find no better Mini Dealership anywhere. Knowledgeable and passionate about Mini Coopers, everyone from sales to finance to service are each experts in their field. And yes, I will back sometime for my sixth cooper.
Ryan was terrific. Was extremely, friendly and concerned when I dropped in with my Mini Cooper Countryman unannounced complaining about a very strange sound. He checked out the car and took care of the issue and sent it for a quick wash. In and out in short period of time with a quieter, cleaner car! Kathy Kelly
