I am always kept up to date from the moment I leave with videos of my car and texts. They let me know in the morning when it will be ready to pick up. That being said, they are up front about amount of time it will take to service our cars and keep us updated if anything changes. I like that they always offer a courtesy car no matter how minor the service keeping our time & needs in mind.

Car was in for an emergency flat tire repair and they inspected the car and found problems that I didn't know were wrong with the car. Everything was fixed within a few hours the same day.
