I live about an hour away and wait while my car is being serviced and the staff is always cognizant of my waiting so the car gets into the shop quickly and works gets started right away.

Alexandra was a pleasure to work with and was very thorough on following up with me ad getting me all the information I needed. Picking up the car after all documents were signed ahead of time was less than a 30 minute process. I highly recommend this dealership.

Even the staff that wasn’t involved with my sale were more than willing to jump in and answer questions and help. Except for one older cranky gentleman. His panties were in a bunch about something. Like he just smelled a stinky cheese that went bad a month ago.

"The service was good, although it took over two weeks to..." The service was good, although it took over two weeks to complete. A broken part had to be shipped from Germany. Looks like most of my complaints were addressed, except sunroof still rattles and squeaks. I guess this is just overall quality of the car.
