Parts were not available when we came in for our appointment. Service signed us out a loaner during the waiting period. We liked the loaner so much (we had seen it on an earlier visit to the showroom) that we talked to sales about our next Mini... maybe this one as our loaner “test drive” was very enjoyable and had features we’d be looking for on our next Mini Countyyman

"Just amazed at this dealership , everyone in this place..." Just amazed at this dealership , everyone in this place are so professional and they all work like clock work . We called for service like 2 days before and requested a loaner car, when we arrived our loaner car was ready and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. The service manager Ysrael informed us of the progress of our car and what services need to be performed via text messaging.

Did not appreciate a service advisor who was NOT taking care of me, telling Mr. Sanchez & the mechanic that my care does not have a particular feature (it does).
