"The sales and service teams were great, I would work with..." The sales and service teams were great, I would work with them again. When I had an issue with my new used car they corrected immediately at no charge and they washed my car.
"Love my Mini but administrative improvements are needed" This is my third leased Mini and it's a pleasure to drive, but I'm disappointed with some aspects of this transaction this time. It's a great showroom with opportunities to view the new models up close and personal. My sales experience revealed a few flaws and shortcomings which I hope will be addressed.

Please notes as customers you may lose money because most of time we decided to go to good local mechanic instead of going to dealer for services. I hope you take in consideration my comment. Sanchez was excellent. He explained in details.
