All the people at the dealership are always so helpful and friendly. I have worked with Ryan Patti, the service advisor, for quite a few years and you can’t find anyone nicer to work with!

"A completely different buying experience" From the first conversation over the phone with Abe (Abraham) where i described what i was looking for and my budget, I was impressed. I actually didnt call a second dealer after that as i couldnt imagine anyone giving me better customer service or information about Minis. They also happen to have the most certified pre-owned Minis in the area whereas other dealers charge additional fees if you want the car "certified". "This was the best car buying experience I ever had thanks..." This was the best car buying experience I ever had thanks to my car salesperson Ruby King. From the second I walked in she did everything she could to explain the process to me and get me the deal I was able to afford. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. She would reach out to me via text to let me know what was going on and picking up the car was quick and easy. I love my MINI and would definitely go back again if I could shop with Ruby again.
