Ruby King proved to be very responsive in every aspect. i did purchase the vehicle although there was some miscommunication, not with Ruby, but the way the car was advertised. The advertisement indicated that the car came with a 5 year warranty. however, that 5 year warranty started when the car was first purchased. "My Review" Experience was pretty nice. Salesman and finance manager were nice. It was difficult to see the face of the finance manager (V) because of the reflection in the clear protective shield on his desk. I might suggest a mini blind be installed on the window behind where the customer sits. That way, customers can actually see who they are talking to. "Each and every time I have called and/or gone into mini..." Each and every time I have called and/or gone into mini of Ramsey with any type of issue or questions, Ryan Patti always goes above and beyond to make sure that I have been taken care of. His level of communication and just general atmosphere as a representative for mini is heat makes it all worth it to me. Companies Truly need more people of his caliber.
"Expensive, but effective" The service was completed effectively and within a couple of days.I greatly appreciated the pick-up/drop-off service collecting the vehicle from my home. While that was excellent, the pick-up/drop-off timing could have benefited from a bit more timing accuracy and coordination and the overall price for this kind of service was very much at the high end.
