"expensive and got back a dirty car" I brought the car in for a service and was advised it also needed brakes, etc. Due to the shortage from Covid-19, the car took an extra day to get fixed. When I picked it up though, it had soot in the back and hadn't even been wiped out or vacuumed. Not that it was perfectly clean when I dropped it off, but was surprised that no attempt to clean it was done.
