"Good service experience - Ryan Patti" Took my car in without an appointment because a check engine light came on. Ryan was able to fit us in and said the car would be fixed as quickly as they could. Once the diagnostics was done Ryan explained in very clear terms what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. When I went to pick up the car he even arranged for someone to pick me up from the train station. That to us is service above and beyond. If you ever have any issues see if you can speak with Ryan, he will sort you out.
