"Great job!" Ryan and the techs did a great job. It was also a pleasure speaking with Spiro. The warranty service was performed perfectly and it was completed in a timely manner.
"Friendly, Accommodating, Reasonable" Even it was only an oil change this time ($85), they treated me with the same respect as if I am spending $1500 for a service. They found a plastic cap broken and called me and asked before changing the $7 part. They changed the coolant fluid without any charge after I told them that my daughter topped it off with water this summer. And they washed the car ! With all that I prefer an authorized MINI dealer over any other service station, even with a 2006 MINI.

"We had a good experience here, everyone we dealt with was..." We had a good experience here, everyone we dealt with was friendly, car was as advertised. We enjoyed working with Bob especially, not pushy at all and explained everything well. Only negative was the finance office. I hate being pressured to buy things you don't need, especially right at the end of the buying experience leaves a bad taste in your mouth
