Great dealership The other night mini of Ft Myers held their "2nd Date" It's a follow up for people who have just recently purchased a Mini. They had a very informative presentation, answered any questions and had food and refreshments. Had a great time and they filled our cars with gas. I have purchased many cars in the past, I can tell you no other manufacturer treats its customers like Mini does. Keep it up and happy motoring.
Best Buying Experience EVER! Best buying experience ever and I believe that Jerry Hancock was the key. Great knowledge of MINI's and provided valuable insight on leasing a new 2015 Mini Copper Countryman S. I have always enjoyed my 2010 Mini Copper S in for service and don't expected it to be any different in the future.
My salesman Paolo This is my second Mini. I love the dealership and the car. Thanks to Eddie in service I became interested in the new 4 door hard top after driving a loaner car. When I came into the dealership Paolo stepped up to assist me. I told him what (Marc Lapore at VW) my car appraisal was, what my pay-off was and what I wanted my monthly payments to be and he made the deal work! Great dealership, even better staff My fiancé and myself came in to test drive a pre owned mini. They did such an outstanding job, gave us a great deal for our trade, we ended up purchasing a gorgeous orange Mini hardtop. Paola did such a wonderful presentation, extremely knowledgable on the complete line of minis.This was by far the best car buying experience ever. Above and Beyond This was by far the most pleasant car shopping encounter that I have ever had! We were looking for a used Mini Cooper S with standard transmission as well as the large sunroof. We did not find anything on the lot there but while we were sitting talking our sales person, Jerry, spotted a car that one of their lots in Alabama had just taken in that fit the bill. MINI of Fort Myers Service Department I always find the personnel at MINI to be extremely helpful and friendly. Eddie Castillo always takes the time to explain what needs to be done on my car and the estimate of time it will take. In fact,yesterday it was done thirty minutes sooner than estimated. I left with a smile on my face!
Awesome dealership to visit This is the best dealership I have ever been to. Everyone is kind, knowledgable, and courteous. Being there feels more like a social visit, my partner and I just stop by sometimes to say hello. I will never buy another car than a mini and I will never buy it anywhere else.
