Mini Copper Engine Yellow light on shaking Car engine began shaking with yellow engine warning on dash while driving to work.

Yearly Service Dropped off car Friday evening and picked up Saturday afternoon. While driving on Sunday, message popped up that vehicle was at minimum oil. Performed the manual oil leverage and it was a quart low. Vehicle also showed no minimum or maximum fluids (i.e. anti-freeze).

Service dept. Poor service dept, they just don't understand customer service.
What a boondoggle Terrible customer service online and over the phone. Because I am a four hour drive from the dealer, I attempted to line-up a purchase over the phone before travelling. I initially called with intent to buy a used car from at 9am, submitted photos and information on my trade at 11am, submitted an online credit application at 1pm, at which time I was told that a manager's appraisal for my trade would be available shortly.
