Fort Myers Mini Cooper Dealership Service Dept. I recently had my Mini Cooper in for service and want to recommend the service department for their excellent service from the time I took my vehicle in until I picked it up. A representative from the service department waited on me immediately and explained what needed to be done. first service experience I purchased my Mini Countryman, used, 5 months ago and have had no problems until last week. The battery just completely died. I called the service department and explained the situation, and the service advisor suggested that I have the car towed in. I was going to call AAA, but he advised that towing was covered under my warranty. I called the number he gave me and 51 minutes later the tow truck arrived. Beware I have to tell you i find it kind of crazy there's a free 49 point inspection with the oil change which i got And I came in saying i was told I needed a new super charger and needed a diagnostic to find the leak for the oil ... which the 49 point inspection included BUT still don't know where the leak is coming from and had to pay a separate diagnostic fee of 250$ not kewl

You have been warned I waited awhile before submitting my final review to reflect on all my previous visits to not over react or base it solely on one service visit. At first service all seemed ok, staff was always polite. Then I started to notice a lack of care and attention to detail on follow-up visits. Mechanics would forget to replace parts that were removed and or broken, for example I was missing covers by the rear seats that mechanics had removed but forgot to re-install. Wouldn’t buy there again My salesman was good - no complaints there. The finance person was very annoyingly pushy. The dealership has emailed me multiple times to request that I rate them online but has ignored my attempts to discuss several concerns I have. I have finally given up and begun resolving the issues on my own. I like the car I bought but would not do business again with Mini of Fort Myers.
