Be honest - we're sending a letter of complaint.
Do the actual service you charge for. Took MINI to their service department and they did not even look at the car. The quote I received made it very clear otherwise I would have received a much different quote. Service is a rip off unless you are under warranty. Do not waiste your time at MINI Of Austin.
