Be honest, a lot to ask from a dealership, but try! First you said you don’t give a loaner for regular service, but since I needed one to go to an appoint for a couple hours then return, I asked for exception. I got approval and service guy acted like I tried to rip HIM off stating I told you before no loaners! Then he set extremely high prices for air filters. Then asked me to leave car. The gall! You could improve your incompetence, by refunding my daughters' $1200 that you charged her, and making her cooper worse, after keeping it for 2 weeks. Finally changed alternator but didnt really think they could figure out what was wrong Elijah screwed the engine mount in way too far forward and when they drove back home to Corpus it rubbed and damaged more stuff to be fixed!!! She is out more money and child needs car I have pics. When i work out how to post them. everyone will see them. Give her money back!!
On a scale of 1-10, you rate a -50!!!! I schedule an appointment to update my Nav (getting ready for MTTS). Show when scheduled. Deal with Roy (hands down the BEST). Wait for my car.......................after 3+ hours(was expecting that), I get my car back. Not only does the NAV not work, but I've lost SAT radio. Spent an hour on the phone with Sirius trying to work it out but it isn't at their end. Was told I can bring it in on Monday and get a loaner while its being fixed. We have a 2010 Mini Cooper S with 59k miles on the motor and we have only had it for 2 years, only 20k of those miles were put on the car by us. I thought it was a belt but there is no belt so I got it towed over to the mini of Austin dealership. Turns out it had an oil leak causing the timing chain to break. We have had the oil changed twice by mini and once on my own, not once were we told that it was leaking oil. No light ever came on letting us know that the engine was low on oil. I bought my first mini, a 2016 4 door hardtop from Mini of San Antonio... I came to Austin for a conference and wanted to see if the Austin location would be just as good as the San Antonio location. NOPE! I didn't feel welcomed like I do back in S.A. I asked if they did car washes, but the person I spoke with said they only do details or cleans when someone comes in for a service. Went in yesterday because my battery voltage warning light came on. Had to wait almost 4 hours to get a battery. Feel totally ripped off due to the ridiculous high price! Live and learn...this will be my last mini!
