This was the most painless new car buying experience of my life. Everyone was pleasant and there was no pressure applied. Michael was nothing short of helpful, as the supply chain shortages meant my MINI took longer than usual to arrive. They even put my winter wheels on without charging me. 10/10 would do business here again.
